To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digi888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
digi888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), digi888 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real money funds and bonus funds.
